My online transfer option in the alfa app was not working, i was getting message to phone or visit nearest branch, so i phoned helpline and i have been told by the helpline that visit nearest branch for biometrics verification. So i visit this branch today just an hour ago, i told my problem to the guard in bank, he took me to the manager office and left. After around 7 minutes standing there and he was playing with his phone, he bothered to look at me even though the seats infront of him were empty and ask what's the problem so i explained everything standing there and gave him my cheque book for account number, he did not even bother to check my bank account through system infront of him and said its not problem at our end, use your cheque book instead and returned me my cheque book. My question is how he knows its not a problem from there end without even looking from the system. Secondly the chairs infront of him are for the customers not for his personal guests, why he didn't offer me chair even if he is busy in his phone. Finally really disappointed from his attitude and unpleasant behaviour.
