No doubt it is the worst Bank Alfalah branch in Islamabad by miles. There is always too much rush and only 1 person on the counter who is always frustrated for obvious reasons. Everyone else including the manager just sits and sips his coffee while 1 person on the counter has all the pressure. It is a shame how greed and lack of professionalism of the senior staff is hurting so many customers on a daily basis. I had a few bad experiences and I won't be going there again. Consider this as a warning, if you are planning on going. ZERO STARS!! If anyone from the management is reading this then please consider it as a learning and reflecting opportunity. You guys have messed up big time and things need to change quickly. There is just too much humiliation a customer can take. LEARN-REFLECT-CHANGE!!

This Bank doesn't deserve even 1 star but there is no option of giving zero rating. What a pathetic branch, casual staff, congested environment, no place to sit. I think they are competing with National Bank of Pakistan not any other private Bank.

Worst customer service experience ever. Even the operations manager did not want to discuss the account opening process. The CSRs were busy chatting with eachother and the manager showed the worst hospitality any business guy could ever do. Judging from their behavior, the branch is not interested in opening new accounts! Terrible place to deal with!
