Pathetic experience. This is not the first time that it happened. I waited for an hour and turned out that Dr. Atif was not even there for the whole hour and the staff couldn't even say a 'sorry' for the inconvenience. I hope they start giving value to patient's time and also adopt the policy of double refund before double fee.
