Well and modern equipment was provided by the donners but the administratively destroyed everything.

Well and modern equipment was provided by the donners but the administratively destroyed everything. The hospital is getting ruined by its non-medical staff. I personally got very worst experiences many time. Mostly no one senior doctor or MO found on duty. Peons, Gate Keepers, Sweepers handle patients and play with the life of humans or refer them mostly to Abbottabad.
