They charged me hell lot of money for hair color, ruined my hair, it looks so bad and dead, used bad quality products and took 7 hours to do my hair ended up looking horrible. The staff is friendly and the manager was nice but it doesn't make up to the hefty amount i paid in return of ruining my hair. I want to attatch the bills they charged me, just to show the rates they tell you over the phone and what they actually charge you when you go in, my hair is shorter than shoulder length... Very disappointed, Never going to any Depilex EVER AGAIN IN MY LIFE. They charged my sister twice 500rs for eyebrows tint, we don't even know why it's there. They told me over the phone that they charge 5000 to 6000 depending on the length of hair, they charged me 24000 instead. Throughout BAD BAD EXPERIENCE
