Well managed, courteous staff, extremely fast rate of work and ample seating for candidates. TCS service ensures passport arrives at your doorstep timely. Photocopier, food stalls and taxi services are also available. Need to visit early though. Takes not more than forty minutes for entire process if you've got your stuff in order.

Regional passport office at hayatabad provides very smooth service if you are little bit familiar. For new passport, bring 1) your Cnic and its two photocopies 2)your father Cnic and its two photocopies 3)your mother Cnic and it's two photocopies 4)if the permanent address in your cnic is not of peshawar, bring your domicile of peshawar. Or government service card of your parents if they have. Normal passport 36 pages for 5 years costs 3000 delivered in 15 days Urgent passport 36 pages for 5 years costs 5000 in 5-7 days. For 10 years normal passport costs 4500 This passport fee can be deposited in any national bank branch and challan is available free in the bank (which otherwise would costs rs 100 for challan from the persons sitting outside office and selling these, plus they would charge rs 200 extra, if you want them to deposit fee for you in the national bank, if you don't have car, bike either deposit it by yourself in any near easily accessible branch of NBP while going there or give rs 300 to them to deposit it for you. The photostate machine is available outside, which costs 10 per photocopy. There are 4 5 counters for token, very friendly those senior workers were. The information centre at cabin was great, makes you easy. OVERALL my experience was great, there wasn't any crowd and the work was going smooth except for the ADs counter i guess that was a bit slow.

Had to get the token (finger printed, pictured) 3 times due to either a mistake on the token or lack of info provided, such as not informing about 5 or 10 year option. Upon asking to view the picture before finalizing it, like they do at NADRA for ID card, the clerk asked not to be bothered alot. Process that could have been done in 45 mins took 2 hours and 45 mins.
