This building is not only the District Nazim's Office--it is in fact the Regional Commissioner's Off

This building is not only the District Nazim's Office--it is in fact the Regional Commissioner's Office and the Nazim and Deputy Commissioner and other officers also sit here. By and large most of them are accessible to the public on weekdays from 9 am to 2 noon; although only from 10 am to 12 noon on Fridays. Public service and dealing is generally good and polite, although you can get the occasional 'grinch'.
