Geero’s Salon & Spa islamabad

My heart knows that how am i even giving them one star. From start to finish the whole experience was lack of professionalism and arrogant owners. My family (group of 5 ) was looking forward to treating ourselves to three days makeover for our brother's wedding and the reality was that I couldn't wait for it to cancel it after my first day visit. The hairdressers were just playing with our hair. One could easily see the tired and over burdened faces. Staff were more or less on top of each other and there was no room to move. Once the ladies started our makeup, it seemed like they were doing some kind of experiments while gossiping with each other. And their head person was continuisly interrupting and asking them to leave us because they are required to other parties. I haven't seen such an awful and uncomfortable environment anywhere. The girl who dealt the whole staff was very curt, unprofessional , unfriendly and needs to take a few lessons in how to deal with the customers. Customers pay you for your experimental jobs, its not free money. I am shocked that the Geero's employ staff with such terrible manners and such obvious lack of training. My makeup took 2hrs to finish, 2 hrs for hair and 1hr for nailpolish. My 4yrs old daughter was sitting on the salon chair for 3 hrs for her hairdo and after every couple of hr a new face was touching her hair. In the end we left like that and they even didn't refund our money. What the F......... And i was late 2 days for my events. For Barat day they sent us to G.11 branch, i would say the staff was very good and taking care of each and everything, Faiza did our makeup and it was flawless. Everyone appreciated only that day makeup. On the last day event i left that salon with unfinished hair and makeup after spending 6hrs and i attended my brother's walima after dinner. That was insane..... My sister in law got her skin burnt after hair treatment. They even didn't bother to do a skin test whether that treatment is suitable for her or not. And when she complained they didn't believe her or i would say ignored her because they got their money, why would they bother to think about their customers. I have tried almost all the upscale salons in Pindi and Islamabad and this one was recommended by my neighbours but i certainly would not recommend this to anyone. I have been to many Salons for last 15 years and this is without a doubt the worst and most unenjoyable experience I have had out of all of them. I would not recommend to anyone. If your time and money is precious don't waste it.

Staff is rude. They need professionalism. Ladies at front desk never listens to you carefully. When u r talking about what u want either they are busy checking their phone or finding something in drawers. They should value their customers.
