Good place for high tea. Too bad that coffee is not included in the package besides this being coffee house. I'll pass. The Duncin Donuts next to Gloria Jeans has much better coffee if you ask for Latte. Three stars for their High tea. Had they include coffee in the beuffett style High tea package, I would consider going.

I usually hate buffets but I had my booking done for hi- tea.. and it was the only awesome buffet experience ever. Loved the mint margarita .. and appetizers.party for taste buds. The only drawback was that they didn't have coffee included in the hi -tea

Our order was mistakenly given to the people at the adjacent table by the waiter. They returned the items after realising it was not the one they had ordered. After 10 minutes, the waiter brought us the same food, which was then cold, and he even made no apologies. Nothing wrong with the food, it's always great. I was just expecting a better customer service from Gloria Jean's.
