City Gold Gym is very good for the youth of surrounding areas. It is very economical and affordable.

City Gold Gym is very good for the youth of surrounding areas. It is very economical and affordable. However, there is no facility of trainer. There is no person who guide you how to start and continue your exercises. If you want to join this gym, you should be very friendly with other fellows so that they may support you in exercises.

Very good Gym with very professional fitness trainers.Very good for youth in surronding areas like New Phagwari, Khayabn Sir Syed, IJP road, Bangash Colony etc.but improvement needed here too much in cleaning of items,carpet and fresh air.Overall very good
