A huge area sanctioned to the parking lot. The government owned offices like chairman secretariat KW

A huge area sanctioned to the parking lot. The government owned offices like chairman secretariat KW&SB were in tatters & looked dull. There was confusion whether this huge & extremely expensive piece of land really belongs to public sector or is about to be commercialized. Swimming pool & gym in water Board officers' club. Did not visit the marriage lawn as it mostly remains closed in day time.
