Loved the location. Super convenient and beautiful gardens. Walking distance from the bazaar and the river. The manager Munawwar and the staff are friendly and accommodating. Look forward to going back here again! The only thing they can improve on is cleanliness a bit.

Had a fantastic 4 nights stay at Greens. Really comfy room with clean and spacious washroom. Hotel staff is very helpful. Lots of parking space and nice big lawns to soak all the surroundinh beauty while sipping at your tea. The hotel looks gorgeous in evenings when lights get turned on. The only downside is that its a bit far away from the main kalam bazaar. The hotel is located on a hill with a steep incline. So coming and going to Kalam market from the hotel is not very walkable. You will probably be needing a car.

I think it the best option in Kalam as quality hotels lack here. 24 hours hot water and good large rooms. However it is not near to the river but it has a very beautiful lawn in front. Hotel is old but clean.
