Negligent behavior of doctors of hearts international hospital rawalpindi

A pathetic experience with this hospital as doctors treated my mother very carelessly and mercilessly They decided to operate without taking necessary precautions and didn’t take any post surgery precautions As a result My mother died in utter pain helplessly They couldn’t visit the patient as it was Sunday their rest day Patient was in extreme pain Didn’t eat anything since last 3 4 days and even the food pipe they inserted wasn’t working They were very non professional and careless These doctors should be taken to task

The Doctors are good however its the management and the administration that needs to cater to the needs of the patients. Went with a patient who was recommended a drip. The reception and the ER wasted 30 minutes in just deciding who's going to do it . At the end of the day the ER transferred the case to Day Care who refused to take it due to time schedule of their debts and shifted the patient to Male wards. Hospital Administration should look into matters especially where satisfaction and rest of the patient should be utmost priority especially when its a private hospital.
