One of the biggest mistake I did in trusting them. I reserved a car and then did all my travel plans

One of the biggest mistake I did in trusting them. I reserved a car and then did all my travel plans accordingly to go for a road trip with my family. They confirmed the reservation and after a few days when the date of my travel was near they emailed me saying that they cannot provide what they confirmed and promised for . My vacation was badly disrupted and I was not able to book a flight and the buses were not available.. Dont ever trust them specially if you are coming from out of pakistan and your reservation is done by email..
