Food is nice but staff is not cooperative over all good taste

This place is very frustrating. Please avoid going there. I went there with my family and experience the worst environment. Air conditioners were seems to be on but looks like they intentionally pit them on fan mode to save electricity. I complaint to manager and he answered that I need to go to owner who is not a good person. Everybody in the hall was sweat a lot. All the waiters were full wet with sweat. And they were serving the food on table with wet dress. Even sometime drops of their sweat were falling into the food. Only one air conditioner in the hall was working which was installed with the chair of floor manager. Very very congusted place. Very very hot place in summer. No management. No decent environment. I went their first and last time. People avoid going there and go to some decent place.

Hera Tikka is located in Temple Road which is the hub of great desi food. Hera offers some great BBQ and Sajji. The prices are quite reasonable and the quality of food is usually pretty good. However, the place is always occupied with customers and the queues are always overflowing.

Taste is good but the environment is much friendly .. Bit noisy but the taste helps us to ignore these things..
