Hotel Amore Donga Gali ayubia

A Fine hotel, location is good especially for those interested in trails. Safe and sound, neat and clean. Quality of rooms isnt very impressive. But better than what you can usually get.

A good place for stay at Nathiagali.. but frankly speaking, they still need to improve much more than what they are providing now.

The room heaters were on lpg and very small and ineffective.. Noisy small generator not able to switch on even a hair dryer. Maybe good for summers but not winters

Polite & courteous staff, good food, near & clean rooms & bathrooms, WiFi not available in rooms, language could be a problem at times

The manager was too inhospitable. He took money in advance for executive rooms and gave us rooms with a single bed with broken windows, dirty and blocked washrooms. Broken bags and broken lamps. Damp mattresses. The bedsheets seemed not being changed since ages. Smell was coming out of rooms in corridors. On our complaint the manager gave no response. We left the hotel at 1am at night still the manager did not excuse seeing ladies and children in discomfort and leaving in the middle of nowhere. I will never recommend this to any respectable families.

Location is very good. Parking facility is available. Food quality is good.

Surprisingly good food… well, not anything out of the world …. But still… They need to improve the sitting area. Staff was as it is anywhere in murree area…. Clueless how to deal with the guests… but i think it’s turning into a norm now 🙃
