Branch location is outstanding. Staff are active. A large number of bakery items available. Neat and clean environment. Maintaining the COVID-19 precautions. Taste of items are good. Some of items need improvement. Keep doing good. Well done staff and management.

I have been there customer from the time they opened because of its vacinity. There sweets and breads are good and of great quality. Recently I tried there other bakery items (chicken sandwich, chapli kabab, drum stick, and pizza) all the iteams were of pathetic taste and quality. The chicken of chapli kabab and drum stick tasted same. The sandwich was more like mayonnaise sandwich. And pizzas dough was like its deep fried, i could taste the oil in every bite and chicken was really dry.

Today 22 August 2021 I visited this bakery It's a big sized bakery, the shop is spacious, well decorated, bakery items are in ample, show cases were stuffed with cookies and other food items. Refgiraters were there in sufficient quantity but cold drinks were not properly managed. Half liter bottles were out of stock, only dite bottles were available. The sales staff was not aware of this fact and customers have to purchase dite instead of regular drinks. The counter service was below the desired standards. The staff was busy in gosping and not giving any heed to the customers. It's recommend that an intensive training for sales staff be arranged and mystery shopping be conducted by management.

Good Mithai in reasonable prices

I bought a couple of items from here once. It was a fine experience. It’s one of the best bakery brands in the city. Recommended.
