👎🏻unprofessional staff .. they don’t take permission before taking pic. Staff needs to b trained more in manicure pedicure in skin every skin is different .. there was no heating system .. in wax room or in aesthetic room .. esthetician needs to learn about skin type as some skin r very sensitive kept on mixing other company products when u specifically asked her to apply only janssen facial products .. didn’t had warm water .. The worst experience ever .. I ended up having cold n flue .. very disappointed 😞

They had only one makeup artist and two hair Stylists, knowing that that they are overworked even then they were taking walk-in clients as well. Kindly in future manage your clients properly. What is the use when you get ready and miss half of your function. We understand that you had limited staff because of health issues and personal problems but then you should not take walkin clients.

The outer waiting area for men needs to be improved, they have the space.

I really like the service bt literally feeling uncomfortable when they took pics without permission. Else no other issues faced.. better to ask from costumer before taking or posting their pics..

They have very rude makeup artist . The staff doesn’t know how to deal with clients. They are very unprofessional. Their makeup artist ruined my function . Her makeup turned out worst . She didn’t contoured my face well and I was looking pastery . It was so Cakey because she applied stick directly on face . Not only this , the hairstylist also ruined my hair . Not recommended at all.
