Nice clean and tidy rooms and washrooms. I never expected this much in kalam. Cleanliness of linen and room was my priority and I checked in after checking many other hotels. Location is also very good and scenic. Did good hiking activity for couple of hours with kids. Spent hours sitting beside the bank of river branch which actually flows in the middle of this resort. Cost was 10k/night after negotiating, including breakfast for 4 person per room . For one night I installed my tent also to spend a night in tent, there's place available for tent and it's safe as well. Staff was friendly and cooperative. Food was delicious. To my opinion, value for money 10/10.

I visited Kalam in the month of September 2021 with my family and found this hotel as one of the best in Kalam. Rooms were attractive and neat. Bed sheets and quilt were neat too. Breakfast was complimentary. Above all it has a very spacious outdoor sitting area along river flowing partially. View is fantastic and nice ambience among the mountains.
