Worst management they name themself international but they even don't match with the class of locals

Worst management they name themself international but they even don't match with the class of locals. No towel, no heater, no warm water, no blankets, wet floors make rooms more cooler, bad taste of food. Its better to sleep on road then to use this hotel. They all are liars.

Whenever you plan in visiting Galyat nake sure you book before earlier and in a suitable placing. This hotel had a nice view and parking too, have spacious rooms and washrooms but in an area where they can improve is the service staff. They are very rude and hard to deal with with no mannered approach to customer.
