You are to select one star at least otherwise they do not deserve even single star. They need to work on staff management and behaviour. Unfortunately this is common among trust hospitals, while dealing free patients, their behaviour and treatment remains same with paid customers. Better if they are taught to treat well both sections, if not at least to those who are paying high fees. Particularly Dr Frida's behavious is quite inhuman. She does not realize that a customer in queue is waiting for her since one hour. if it is her time to leave, she will leave in any event. Her attitude is not a doctor worth, not even of a human.

It started as a health care facility for middle class and poor families. Over the years they realized the potential and started to raise their income and by now they are minting millions. What they don't realize is that people coming on their cars are not filthy rich. For a simple Ceaserian section they charge up-to 200,000 Rupees which is horrible. Cleanliness of the hosptial is mediocre at best. Cockroaches roam about freely. Staff is very greedy and expects a hefty tip everytime you need their services.

very rude and ill mannered staff and doctors. its a business center where patients treated like customers. i asked complaint register to submit complaint regarding mis behavior of staff and night shift incharge dr shahid, but they refused to provide complaint register as well and tried to drag me. i faced a very insulting behavior. hope management will take action against such mafia who believe in making money only.
