Luxus Grand Hotel lahore

There are no particular good view of city, so ask for rooms facing inside swimming pool. Also, they really need to change their towels with good quality towels. Food is good though.

Luxurious rooms and services although the exterior looks ordinary. It is on the expensive side with rates comparable to Marriott, Serena or PC but if one can affordable, the stay is well worth it. I don't know if the pool is open for swimming or just for the ambience.

Its a nice hotel.. rooms are decorated but some are very small. You can get free movie tickets here

It was amazing staying there.. newly constructed building rooms are nicely designed all the facilities guests need are there. Another important factor is it's location it's very central. U can go anywhere easily from its location. In house cinema n pool and the best thing about this hotel is the whole staff is amazing , respectable ,friendly n so much cooperative that i didn't feel uncomfortable n had no difficulty this was my experience during my stay there I highly recommend people to go there n experience the comfort

Have been staying here since over 10 years. Always Impressed by their cleanliness and services. My most recent visit however was as follows Staff- friendly and professional as ever. The whole two stats go to the reception, bell boy, room service team. Atmosphere: nice ,peaceful environment. Beautiful interior as ever. Room and cleanliness: rooms are nice and capacious. All amenities present. I deducted 3 stars for the cleanliness of the bathroom and how impractical the shower was. The exhaust of the bathroom wasn't functional neither was the drain in the other room we had booked. The bathtub was very moldy and the shower bracket was so close to the ceiling the shower head could not be placed there- an obvious result of poor designing. The towels had turned fawn - initially white, so had to assume these were either very old or not washed properly. The commode had a stink to it even before using it. My stay was only short so I easily avoided taking a shower and landed the hotel at 2 stars however I would have given 1 star had I stayed longer and needed to shower in such conditions. The rooms, especially the bathrooms need revamping and the cleaning staff need retraining. Hoping to see improvement on our next visit.

This hidden jewel in Lahore is as close as they get to 5 star service in Pakistan. The staff was friendly and diligent in getting us checked-in, making sure we had sufficient water, soaps, etc as well as providing us with our requested items (ironing board, laundry service, etc). My only issue with the room was that the bathrooms are very outdated. On another note, come check-out time, they had not included our laundry charges in the final bill and called me later to come back and pay it. Rather unprofessional as that is something that should have been taken care of long before check-out. To make matters worse, they had charged the laundry boy the full bill for my laundry and he ended up calling me to ask to come pay the bill as that was likely higher than his paid wages. The perceived image of the hotel is great, but after this encounter, I'm not sure if this is a place that will be receiving our business again.
