Markazi Jamia Masjid is the one of the most old masjid of the area. It is called MARKAZI (Central) because it is situated in the centre of the Lala Rukh Colony (Basti). It is of deobandi sect. Half of the masjid is surrounded by the shops. It is a large masjid and a good number of namazis can perform namaz at a time. It has one main hall which is old one. Then connecting double story hall. Then open lawn which is also covered by fiber shades. And then wuzu area. It also has green area all around the masjid.
