please water the three ornamental plants outside the bank ATM. I have experienced that worst-ever staff is posted in this branch; especially the two torpid deputed to collect cash r very very lazy. Today, ATM was locked from inside and there was no sign of its opening. I waited for five minutes outside in scorching heat and then went inside to enquire about its unlocking but the customer relations official was also absent from her seat. She came back after some time to squawk that it would take another 15 to 20 minutes to put cash in the machine. This is horrible and seems that MCB management has no system of improving service delivery. Even NBP staff is better than the MCB.
