So I recently opened Roshan Digital account in MCB bank and i really regret opening an account with a bank with such bad services, they don’t even have mobile application and the website is too slow , i made a transfer and its been 5 days the transfer is not yet done im constantly calling them making complaints emailing them but there is no response at all, Even the number provided for on google for dubai office is incorrect. Really disappointed. 👎👎👎👎👎

I had a very bad experience of visiting this branch of MCB today. The whole staff is not cooperative especially the Cashier who is supposed to deposit cash. A very dishonest, arrogant and incompetent person he is. I wouldn't recommend especially this branch to any one.
