The most pathetic bank in Pakistan. They have no clue where is my debit card yet i officially receive texts that i can collect it from my branch. 1 month passed i lodged a complain and they share a pathetic shipment tracking number which gives an invalid search on leopards courier webiste.

I have never experienced such a pathetic banking services in my life. None of them are serious towards their work. They use telephone lines for their own purpose, you keep calling them and they won't pick. And if you go to their branch they take you for granted especially the operation manager Mr amjad. So that I will take out all of my money and throw the checkbook and ATM card ,along with an account closure application , on their face.
