gist of it all: late delivery, wasted time, sent me a chair with stains on it. not recommended. the shop is a dark place with lots of chairs crammed in a small dusty space. at first they tried to sell me the chair that they had lying around. it was a white chair with very visible scratches on the arm rest, lots of smudges and feet marks on the star base and stains on the back. it was obviously used. the extent of all these wasn't immediately visible because they had no light when we tried chairs. i asked for a new piece and they said it wasn't available. but they offered to clean it and said it would be as good as new once cleaned. so i waited for them to clean it, and at the end it still looked like a used old chair with stains on it. he was very persistent that it looked new to him and i wasn't seeing it right. flat out told me it was all in my head. and then proceeded to tell me i should just leave the chair if i wasn't happy. after having wasted 2 hours of my time waiting for him to clean it.. in the end he said we'll arrange a new one from the warehouse and deliver it to you. so, i agreed and left. the next day they sent me a chair with arm rest and base changed but the same back with stains. my new chair that i paid 15700 for, has stains on it! i'm attaching pictures so you can determine if it's in my head or not. the delivery guy is another story. he delivered at 10:30pm in winter when i had asked for a day time delivery. asked for more money then was agreed upon (and as written on the invoice) and was generally rude. the staff was initially friendly and let us try as many chairs as we wanted, i did appreciate that.
