Variable levels of service here, usually just OK. Staff seem over worked or preoccupied most times. Also, parking is a problem due to this shopping centre right next to it.

Staff is not proper trianed. Limited knowledge. I was looking for Account detail on letter head with stamp to submit in company for transfer money They said We dont have such format, They suggest me Account Maintenance Certificate, i was ok with that too. After I mention i have Roshan Digital Account. They said check with you MBl Relation manger even his cell power off. Common it digital account, you can get services all over the branches. Very poor experience.
