I visited this branch there was a queue outside. I waited more than 45 minutes but they only let in

I visited this branch there was a queue outside. I waited more than 45 minutes but they only let in two persons in this window. I asked the guards what’s the issue. Is it lunch break or something. They said no it’s just because of rush. I don’t understand like 45 minutes for two persons. Seriously 😒 it takes this branch 20 minutes to serve one person. Ridiculous. Pathetic service.
