Nice and cooperative staff with smile on their faces. If u have a foreigneer Driving license and you want Pakistani license thats the place for you they will put you in your driving test straight away. Having Dubai Driving licens i took mine in one day.

Its a wonderful place to visit for getting licence. Offices are neat and clean, staff is polite, efficient and curteous.

The best DMV authority in the world ! And that, folks, is a genuine compliment. I've been to the various Florida DMV locations, Toronto MTO, Quebec SAAQ, Jeddah DLA, and no place comes close to the professionalism, politeness and courtesy that the employees here exhibit. Additionally, the place is exceptionally clean and the DLA accepts anyone from Pakistan as opposed to the F8 office, which is only for ICT CNIC holders. The process is straight forward; you will - register - verify your personal credentials - eye exam (to make sure you aren't blind!) - digital signature And then off you go for the theory computer based test, which is tough because you can only get 1 wrong in the signage test and 3 in the theory. They give you a booklet to study (400) questions!!! After which, you do an obstacle course type test and then finally is a road test done very professionally and you are videotaped for record keeping purposes. Note that if you don't have a stick-shift (manual transmission), this will be mentioned as a handicap on your license. The only advantage of having a foreign license is that they exempt you from the 42 day wait time as a learner. But take a test, you must. God speed and God bless

It is a very nice place and the staff here is very helpful. One can easily apply for an learner or a new driving license in different categories. This office has also information desk where staff guide in a proper manner. And they also try to give full information of the queries.

They have no idea what they're doing

This facility used to be a very public friendly and all staff working there were so nice but now things got changed completely. Now they utter only one sentence "ask or go to someone else" this might be because of load of work they handle but at the end of the day public suffers. They know people are spending thousands of rupees to reach there and taking off from their daily life earnings but at the end the purpose of their visit is not completed in one go. I humbly request to the authorities to do the needful to re train or educate the working personnel about customer service.

It was good experience 1, Have some issues need to resolve urgent.and clearly mentioned in sign board on gate entrance.like If some body eye side week don't send it too for and time waisted government hospitals,mostly person's didn't know about locations ,May bee understand public servants. 2.need to mention on gate entrance about blood group reports.

It was great experience. The system is very good, staff quite efficient and supportive - something very rare in Pakistan's government offices. Just get to know the rules and procedures, and follow them.
