Neelum View Hotel muzaffarabad

I have been to this place probably dozens and dozens of time. Undoubtedly, this hotel is located at one of the best locations in Muzaffarabad. This is next to Neelum river and sitting there in hot summer evening is refreshing. However, parking is not paved and poorly organized.

Good hotel with average food..but location near river is great with awesome views. Cleanliness is also good. recommended for families.

One of the best places in Muzafar Abad. It has a wide open area for food, walk, car parking, and children park. It has a mosque and a marriage hall as well. It's location on the bank of river makes it a wonderful and amazing place.

Neat and tidy rooms. Good location. Riverside walking track. Riverside restaurant. Spacious parking and lawns. Good reception staff. Recommended for families and pre booking in season days. Negative thing is unmanageable restaurant in weekends due to local people presence.

Neelum View Hotel is situated in an ideal location on the bank of the Neelum River. It has a fairly large sitting and parking area with a beautiful, lush green hill and colorful, stylish houses mounted on it. The dining area was neat and clean. Serving staff were courteous. The washrooms were good, but cleaning/exhaust needs to be improved.

Very scenic and clean. Perfect for touring families with lovely views. But that's about it. The food is not that good and the dining service is bad. Everything you ask them to prepare is either not available or takes a lot of time. You will hear a lot of 'sorry but we don't' when it comes to dining at the restaurant. They don't even have fresh juices available. And if you are in this place you will understand why you need fresh juices.

Well, if you are at Muzaffarabad and you do not visit this place for breakfast, lunch and dinner.... you are doing it wrong.... you are missing a very beautifully located restaurant and river side sitting for tasty meals. Fresh hot quality food, prices reasonable, beautiful river side view, flowing river sounds, airy atmosphere, corteous and friendly waiters make the whole experience unforgettable. Rooms are nice and comfortable but a little overpriced.

Very well maintained resort type hotel offering both dining and stay. Their restaurant area is a nice experience as you can see the neelum river flowing by your side. Rooms are nice with nice views. One of the most picturesque places in Muzaffarabad

Never expected so much cleanliness and such good food n service in the restaurant. Good place to have a stroll along the river. Highly recommended recommended
