There is guard outside the office with a stick and he will beat your car if you park and ask him the timings. He will swing that stick around and tell you to go away as the post office timings are from 9 am to 3 pm. I got there at 3:10pm. This is how you run down a state institution. Reduce the timings and make sure no one comes near the office. The number given online doesn't work. So, what you do in this case. You go to TCS.

Says they open at 9. Even with no rush, it's taken them 20 minutes to open the drawer to take out a stamp. Minimum rush. Parking staff outside was helpful. Listen to the parking rules because there's no parking for post office itself.
