First time in my life, its really amazing and nice experience with ACLC. Soo cooperative and helpful staff. I just visited for my bike NOC and got it only in one hour without any fee and most importantly no one ask for any money. Really appreciate it. We all criticised mostly on our Police by their behavior but need to appreciate also the good thing done by them.

If you want to send your bike or car anywhere in Pakistan from karachi then you need NOC for that you just need to bring vehicle book and original id card if vehicle is not on your name then bring id card copy of vehicle's owner thats it no need to bring whole file or any photocopy if there is no rush then you will be free in an hour everything running systematically
