I were operated here for spinal cord tumor by Dr Shahzad Shams. very expirenced and good Dr. but its very expensive and also they care about money aspect more. but over all it was very good treatment by Dr and staff. Yes, parking issue is there, almost no place to park your car there.

Clean and pleasant environment place...Nice staff and Services...The Good thing is that it has All Services under one Roof...

They are the thieves and bunch of crooks.My Mamoon was admitted this hospital and died.They told nothing in terms of how sick he was and how they were treating him.specialty doctor tayyab pasha and even the owner Abdulabdul Aziz rana They are responsible for his death.They kill him.icu staff and duty doctor are very careless.taking advantage of the needy people.The Allaha save us from these evil doctors and this type of business they are playing with needy people. It was my first expereince with them Excellent emergency facility, Excelent staff behaviour And great treatment but my only complain is that there were no senior doctors in emergency when I visited after 10 O Clock at night

Used to be a very good hospital but in recent years its turning out to be worst place when it comes to professional behaviour, employee attitude, cleanliness and facilities. The administrator(MS) is also not useful as that is the person they have placed to just listen to complains and say some buffer words and then all goes back to normal as it was before. Very unprofessional, unhygenic, poor quality service, no value for money and a very good hospital of past on its path of becoming a failure in neqr future.

Worst customer service ever. Recently i have visited there because of my kidney pain. They have just injected me the injection which i bought it myself. I just 5 min i was fine. They asked me to pay 2000rs. Really for injecting a one injection in emergency cost me 2000rs. So i requested the give me some discount. They asked me to see on of their incharge. I goes to him and he said me something. That " if you have got that money why did you even came here. Service hospital is just 2 mins away, you should have gone there, this is not for you" thats makes me write here. It was soo insulating and makes me feel so low. This this not a way to communicate.
