Already shared my distasteful expereince, which happaned this morning. Their valet guys need to understand, that they cannot take anybody's possessions by force. We even toyed with lodging a FIR for intent to steal, and that too by force.. Hotel management need to be guest friendly and responsive to guest needs, not to the egos of the valet guy.
