It's a great place for cheap pizza as long as you're not too stingy about the hygiene in the dine-in

It's a great place for cheap pizza as long as you're not too stingy about the hygiene in the dine-in area (tip: go eat outside the basement seating area), and if you manage to get in to E-8 (it's a naval base, so access is heavily restricted).
