Condescending service, no acceptance of fault. Was late, but insisted he had never said he would be there on time. Insisted that a bad printing job was paper stuck on the image. It wasn’t. Stopped answering phone calls. Was going to shut the shop without responding. Would definitely not recommend. Just pick print mall instead.

I have no idea how this place is rated so highly- I've had the worst possible experience with this place. I would never recommend it to anyone. First, I called them at 11:30am and asked them if they were open, and how long they were open till. The owner (Saqlain) told me that they were open till 8pm. Around 1:20, I reached the shop and it was closed. I called again, and he said I'm on my way, I'll be there soon. I said why didn't you tell me that its closed? I even asked. He said bus main aaraha hoon na. No apology, nothing- in fact he acted as if I was making a big deal out of it. When he finally reached, again he acted like there was nothing wrong and ab aa tou gayya hoon. In any case, I really needed an apron printed as a gift so I said okay please print this. Second, I paid up front and asked him to send my items via bykea. He sent them 1.5 hours later than promised, again no apology, and the screen printing was CHIPPED. When I called him, he said it must be paper and proceeded to explain the process of heat printing to me, did not admit his mistake, and insisted if I wanted it fixed I would have to come myself or send it back at my own expense. Third, so my husband and I went to his shop again, showed him his mistakes (again no apologies), he said he would fix it and send it before the shop closed at 8pm. At 7:30pm, I called him- he didn't pick up. I messaged him- no response. At 8pm, I called again- no response. A few minutes later, my husband called from a different number- lo and behold, he was closing the shop, had not fixed his mistake and had no intention of doing it (at least today). We asked him to please at least send our items. He sent it, and it was in bad condition. (Again- no admitting responsibility for any mistakes- just acted as if it was no big deal) He not only wasted my time, but was also unprofessional and had terrible customer service. I would never go to him again and would not at all recommend Printorium Printers to anyone. Save yourself a headache and go somewhere else.
