Really disappointed by their customer services. They were supposed to deliver a fully paid for appliance two days ago, and they haven't done so, and no one seems to be able to pick up the phone today. No manager, no branch! Quite disgusting!

It's best reasonable rates electronic home appliances shop having friendly staff who listens carefully your requirements and suggest you a variety of items. I can term it the best outlet in the federal capital providing reliable appliances. Do visit them if you don't want even to buy anything.

Extremely unprofessional behavior by their staff and delivery team. We paid in full for fridge, and oven, with additional delivery charges and still failed to receive our goods. Their staff and delivery team do not even pick our calls anymore. And by the time i'm writing this review; i'm still unaware if they will ever deliver our purchased goods or not.

Got a 1.5 tonne Gree inverter AC from them, which wouldn’t work after a week. First Gree claimed that the issue came about because of wrong installation done by friends. When we contacted Friends they completely denied any responsibility and asked us to contact Gree for any and all issues with the unit. If we had to do that why would we come to your shop? On the other hand Gree was also reluctant to resolve our issues because, as per them, friends does not have a good reputation so they advised us to either purchase from them directly or through a more respectable sales brand/outlet. Zero post sales service and rude “dukaandari” style customer service. I later realized that only shop keepers/vendors of Friends’ staff’s caliber can win an argument with them or get their way (by cursing/threatening these guys) as they don’t understand any logic/argument and can’t converse like decent human beings. Accepting their mistake or responsibility is a far fetch! Big mistake. Never going there again.
