Quite happy with everything, from ballot to allotment, over all process was fair and smooth. Staff at PHA are very friendly and helpful, I would have given five stars but taking away a star due to office not prominent enough, without any visible sign boards, but over all an excellent experience, keep the good work up

It was totally as mess. Very small space that can hardly support 5 people and PHA staff stuffed in almost 10-15 people. The staff also had no clue of whats going on and what is supposed to be done. I will prefer not to go there again
