Good place for ptcl related issues but mostly staff is absent and long waits and queues. Complaints and people should be managed promptly and swiftly . Very slow service . Washrooms too pathetic and dirty in case if you have to use .

It's not only ptcl one stop shop, they are also looking after Ufone customers as well. The staff was quite professional and the space was managed very well. Though there is a problem of car parking outside as no specific area to park the car in a secure location.
