Punjab Excise and Taxation Office rawalpindi

A busy Government office where rush is experienced on every visit. Try to keep all necessary documents along with for quick processing. Long ques are expected and best time is to visit in early morning hours with start of office to avoid rush. Parking is an issue and documentation of required can be had from vendors sitting outside the office. The best thing is that fee etc is deposited at same office and the culture of all services under one roof are helpful to general public. However the delivery of documents through TCS, takes time which can be improved through little attention to rectify the grey areas, causing delays.

Staff is not punctual. We reached in office at 8 am but concern person came late. No check and balance by Punjab goverent for staff punctuality. Govn. Must impose biometric attendance.

Poor services, data entry operator was making so many mistakes. My bike engine capacity is 110cc but he wrote 150cc along with incorrect model name. He did not corrected even after highlighted.

As per claim by Govt of Punjab, Vehical Transfer is shifted online(e-pay), a week ago i paid transferred fee but it is not updated yet despite calling help line & even visited Excise office today. Staff is not cooperating at all...Agent Mafia is in full control. Also staff is not aware of new process at all.Also Govt is advertising on print media and on website but in actual staff is following old process.

The place is usually very busy and crowded. Unfortunately, it takes a lot of effort and time to get the services without the help of some agent. Agents are readily available around the entrance though.

Under full control of agents the staff don't know abot epay app and will not provide any guidance regarding epay also will tell to do the process again and pay all fees again. They say that transfer will be done in a single day or few days but will take more than a month while agents will get it within 4 days.

I can't say in words. All are haram khor. I don't know why they earning haram and providing thier childrens haram earning. I visited them around 7 times for Pay order return and tehy always simply said sorry today falan banda nahe ha, flan kaam ha etc. finally today when i shouted in office, they manage to return it. I don't blam them, because whole system including Govt is invloved. Imran khan just implementing the new system and print it on media but staff has no knowldge what imran khan doing....... Anyway likhny ko boht kuch ha but in se Allah he poche to behtr ha.....

Registration for motorcycle desk was working satisfactory. However could be improved.
