A good facility addition for the town with a premium gym for daily workout but space and equipments

A good facility addition for the town with a premium gym for daily workout but space and equipments are not adequate need more equipment with relatively more covered area for a routine workout in a confortable enviornmemt. Gym also has air coolers with cross ventilation facility ...but need more space and equipment
