Is se ghatiya experience nahi hua mera puri life me kabi. Staff khud hi apis me larhty mrty hain na koi arrangements hain na kisi staff ko kisi process ka pata hai. Galat token de kr 2 2 ganty bad wait krwa kr phir se kehty hain galat token hai dubara bnain or thumb prints lene wala to sb se ghatiya insan hai. Visited passport office sheikhupura today. The process was very smooth. The passport fee is submitted in National Bank Civil Lines Branch. The gents is separate and ladies counter is separate. If you have complete documents there is no problem. Overall Good experience.

Today I visited passport office sheikhupura. I was impressed that despite of rush working was very smooth and I was free within 40-50 mins. There are separate counters for ladies and gents now. The staff is working hard to clear the rush. I didn't see agent interference as in other offices.

Today I went to Passport Office Sheikhupura and I was free within 1 hour. A separate counter for ladies was there. Improved experience as compared to last time I was there few years back.

Worst experience ever at any government facility. Whole staff (from guards to officers) are involved in corruption. Without feeding their mouths you can't get your work done in a day. I went there at 8 am and got free at 4 pm, stood 8 hours in queues. Best way is to submit bank challan a day before visiting RPO. Staff behavior is so bad that they have been involved in beating the people (obviously couldn't capture that). Thing is the place gets so overcrowded that even they can't control that. And there is only one camera which works at a time. Place was a big mess!
