Rehman travels is the best travel agency I have experienced so far in Pakistan. Specially BABER HUSSAIN. He is so gentle and truth speaking person. He will not miss guide you if he thinks that he can do your case he will let you know otherwise he will refuse to take the case and if something goes wrong as there was some issue with my son visa for Malaysia he help me out over. I would definitely recommend everyone to trust on this travel agency especially with that person

Rehman Travel is a well known travel agency which deals in hajj, umrah, ticketing etc. It is situated in Aally Plaza, blue area, Islamabad (on the back side of Kulsoom Hospital).

They are so good to you until unless you are buying tickets from them or giving them money in any sort of transaction. It all fades away when it comes to returns policy, suddenly rules will be strict and behaviour will be harsh and different type of time frames will be given. I personally faced a issue. Booked 2 tickets ISB to Quetta but the night before travelling one of the passenger died, went to them in morning. A dead body was in ambulance which has to travel 15 hr to reach its final destination in Quetta but still they took 3 hr to return the amount of domestic tickets, and more surprisingly return amount was the half of the price. Although they were aware of the situation. There was a lady she was so cooperative and even being worried about the situation, other than her all of them tyrants.

Valuing customers time having a pleasant attitude, and providing knowledgeable and resourceful resources and Positive attitude. A positive attitude is for a customer service rep what a solid foundation is for a building. Really recommend to others

They tend to confuse and misinform. The information they provided about covid testing and quarantine was inaccurate and caused us to panic unnecessarily

Rude behaviour on call for asking details about Umrah. I asked them, I have seen news on TV that Umrah is open, is it open for Pakistan as well or maybe I understood it wrong? representative replied TV walon say hi kara lain ap
