Sadiqabad Auto Workshop karachi

Worst experience I face with these mechanics, They said they are much professional and experienced trained mechanics but reality seems when I visit workshop, 1 mechanic with few younger boys under 13 age. I booked their expensive service for brakes, they said 2000 PKR will be our service charges and add hidden stolen bonus amount in products which I purchased from them. Advantage after taking service from sadiqabad auto workshop: Congratulations! I got one new problem while pressing brakes with great sounds (Kar kar kar), I re-visit 2 times for same problem but this he try to sell their new services rather then sorting out my issue. Still my problem was at same place where it is. 400 PKR charged per Disc polish which is fair I do agree. But where is polished disk is? when I visit to my old suspension shop he trigger out my issue in 250 PKR. Conclusion: 1- Waste of time (alot). 2- Not even professional to get the problem sort out. 3- Service charges are like showroom rates. I never recommend his services to anyone. 1 star.

Went there for spring coil replacement because of ground clearance, left the car with them and told them to replace the spring coil with bigger one. After 3 hours when I call if it is ready? They said, we're fitting spacers. I said why, they said because it's better than spring for lifting up the car. They should have asked me earlier for that. And I asked the charges, they didn't tell me, they, we'll tell you. At last they charged me for 5500 and given the discount of 500, hence I had to pay 5000. If I knew they would charge 5000, I would have never let them do that, because Ghazi Auto was ready to put spacers in 3000. Apart from that, the work is done well, that's why given the 2 stars.
