Extremely poor service when it comes to serving food on time given at the time of order taking. We

Extremely poor service when it comes to serving food on time given at the time of order taking. We wr gvn 20 mnts for the order to be served but it took around one hour to serve the complete order. Three members were served n the fourth member waited for another 12 mnts.
