Its a quick and efficient way to book tickets and hotels within Pakistan....until you need to change something out of the ordinary. Like their system of changing flight dates is an ABSOLUTE HELL. First you have to call them, then they manually update the dates in your log in and ask you to pay immediately for the change. Nothing is automated. Customers cannot manage change in flight dates themselves and are totally reliant on telephone support .You have to call them again and again to get the new date sorted. And in case if you happen to be in Northern Areas or any other place where you are having a signal issue, then good luck. You will be left stranded. They also have a habit of sending the same tickets again and again. When I got my dates changed, they were still sending me the old tickets with obsolete dates. They really need to have a serious look at how they manage date changes of clients.

BEWARE OF Sastaticket.pk FOR YOUR TRAVEL PLANS (Awareness Post) In August, I booked a one-way ticket from Lahore to London by Virgin Atlantic airline through sasta ticket for PKR 89,000/-. One-way ticket at that time was of PKR 79,000 (non-refundable). Due to the uncertainty of UK travel rules for Pakistan, I requested them to make my ticket refundable, for which they asked for an extra PKR 10,000 and issued me the ticket for PKR 89,000. At the time of booking, they told me that cancellation charges for the ticket would be $100. I could not travel to the UK directly from Pakistan and called them to postpone the ticket to January 2022. They did it after making me wait for about an hour on the call with their different super unprofessional “flight specialists.” A week ago, I called them to cancel my ticket as it would not be possible for me to travel in January. They proceeded with the cancellation and sent me the receipt confirming the cancellation (attached in the screenshot). After an hour of confirming the cancellation, they sent another email saying that the cancellation charge would be PKR 40,150 (an additional 23k apart from $100 (PKR 17,100) already deducted). I reminded them that they have already charged me PKR 10,000 to make my ticket refundable, $100 (PKR17,000) for cancellation charges, as was mentioned on their website, so why are they demanding an extra 23,000. They replied that it was some YQ tax. So, due to the highly unprofessional behavior of the sasta(read ghatya) ticket, I was charged PKR 40,150 as cancellation charges from a refundable one-way ticket of PKR 89,000. I'm never going to book with them again!
