One of the finest gyms in Lahore after Shapes, they have multiple branches separate area for men & women. They have jacuzzi, lockers & a bar with soft drinks & healthy drinks (smoothies & protein shakes) but they are very expensive. Also for me the membership & monthly fee is too high, one more thing they also have a BMR machine (Tanita) but they charge for health assessment separately.

As a beginner I got a lot attention from the trainers and started losing weight in no time. They won't overburden you with heavy weights but they professionally work on improving your muscle strength, stamina and shape up your body. On top of it they have services like Suana & Jaccuzi which helps relaxing your body and aids in weight loss. Proper nutrition guidance is also provided here.

I loved this place because it helped me achieve my fitness goals. I was referred here by a friend and facilities perspective it is the best Gym in Johan Town. Overall structure is a best Gym in Lahore and Karachi.

Im having noticeable results in my muscle size and body shape since i have joined Structure few months back. They provided me a complete 90 days exercise plan, diet plan with a dedicated personal trainer. Facilities like Gym, Studio, Suana, Jaccuzi, Lockers, Shower and Change Room are highly professional, state of the art and modern.

High-Class facility with services like Gym, Crossfit Hall, Suana, Jaccuzi, Lockers, Shower, Change-room, Washroom etc. They have introduced a new concept in the market regarding General Training. If you can't pay for the Personal Training and still looking forward for attention of the trainers then Structure is the right place for you. They also offer group classes of Aerobics for both Ladies & Gents.

It's a nice and peaceful gym. Nobody disturbs, neat and clean washroom, changing room and lockers are also available.. the staff is nice and cooperative, machines are in a very good condition. One can also hire a personal trainer who takes good care of your diet, weight and fitness as a whole.

For starters its a good place to train.. Good and positive enviroment.. Helpfull staff.. And really good trainer..
