Typical government office. Lethargic people hiding themseves behind computers and in the offices. Their security men know more and can guide you where to go.You may find someone helpful after having crossed much of rotten eggs. Professionalism is a word unknown to most of them, especially sitting in the lounge. The only department working well is the security.

Ticket system is installed but not working.Staff is generally not cooperative. No worthwhile facilities....seating, washroom etc for customers. Expect nothing when visiting
