TGI Fridays islamabad

Visited the restaurant while passing by Islamabad, staff was helpful and concerned but they weren't provided the necessary training, my drink came wrong twice, they tried to fix but still it wasn't correct, just heavy sugar syrup and soda no flavor to it. The steak was never served to the cooking temperature i asked for, then to top it off they tried too fix the temperature of a well done steak to med rare. Who does that?? Management should really focus on providing the training and giving the staff necessary tools to execute their jobs. For all the wrong things i was charged in full..

Lovely interior, excellent service, mouth watering taste but very expensive and charge sales tax 100 rs for 590 rs shopping

Seating's great and I love the restaurant interior. It's straight out of a Manhattan Times Square pizza place. And the food's great and the deals are pretty good.

Their steaks are the best steaks in the market. No one comes near to their steaks. It is expensive but worth it

TGI Fridays was one of the best restaurant i ever seen they had trained managers & staff and their steaks were scrumptious but costly there was a manager named Assad Abbasi i never forgot the way how he told me about Angus beef steaks

The pasta and quesidia were awesome

No care at all. START PAYING YOUR STAFF BETTER so that they can start caring. Food was mediocre at best and badly presented. The staff always forgets bringing in the condiments or serve incomplete order. Forget to recoup even after reminding and you have to literally beg so that you can start eating the lukewarm food. Such a disgrace!
